After registration and payment are completed, we will schedule a Biznet Home technician to come to your house for the installation and activation process at a time that suits you. Please allow up to 12 hours for us to contact you and arrange the installation time. The installation’s duration may vary depending on a few factors.

We recommend setting aside 2 to 4 hours for our technician to complete the installation at your house.

When a Biznet Home technician arrives to install your service, they will discuss the cable installation path with you. Depending on your house blueprint, the cable may be assembled from the basement or rooftop. During the installation, we will also activate your Biznet Home Internet service and set up your primary computer or optional Broadband Router. If available, we will also configure the Biznet Cable TV service for one TV unit.

Any additional configurations for extra computers, routers, or TV units that are not completed on the installation day will incur an additional fee.
