Terms & Conditions for the Biznet Prize Vaganza Special Anniversary
| 1. | New and existing customers who are active and have a voucher are eligible to participate in the Biznet Prize Vaganza Special Anniversary program for October 2026. |
| 2. | New and existing customers who are eligible to participate in this program must follow the program procedures and rules, which will be announced during the live broadcast. |
| 3. | This program will be broadcast live on 1 October 2026 through Biznet’s official social media accounts, via YouTube (Biznet), Instagram (@biznethome), and TikTok (@biznethome). Information on how to claim the prize will be announced during the live broadcast. |
| 4. | New and existing customers who register as participants are expected to watch the Biznet Prize Vaganza live broadcast in order to take part in the quiz and stand a chance of winning a prize. |
General Terms & Conditions
| 1. | The voucher will be automatically cancelled/forfeited if the customer cancels the transaction or terminates the service during the promotional period. |
| 2. | Biznet reserves the right to unilaterally disqualify any participant found to have committed fraud. |
| 3. | By making a transaction for Biznet services under this program, the customer is deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions. |
| 4. | The Biznet Prize Vaganza 2026 Special Anniversary program, consisting of prizes such as the iPad Gen 11, Apple Watch SE 2024, MacBook Neo, and Sony PlayStation 5, is completely free and involves no fees of any kind. |
| 5. | Prize specifications (color, size, or other details) may vary depending on availability. |
| 6. | Winners of the 10-gram Gold Bar grand prize in Biznet Prize Vaganza 2026 will only be required to pay the applicable prize tax, in accordance with prevailing tax regulations. |
| 7. | Customers who have previously been declared a winner in any period of the program are not eligible to win again within 12 (twelve) months from the date of the previous winning announcement, in order to provide a fairer opportunity for other customers. |
| 8. | Biznet (PT Supra Primatama Nusantara) and Biznet Home (PT Biznet Multimedia) shall not be held responsible for any fraud committed by third parties impersonating Biznet. |
