A. Monthly Prizes

1. This promotion is valid for customers who register for Biznet Home services during the 2026 period.

2. This promotion applies to all Biznet Home packages.

3. Each customer who completes registration and payment for a new service within the current month will receive one (1) raffle voucher number. If a customer registers more than one service in the same month, the number of vouchers received will follow the number of transactions made.

4. If a customer cancels the payment, the raffle voucher number will automatically be canceled.

5. Prize winners will be selected at the beginning of the following month and announced live on Biznet’s official social media accounts: YouTube (Biznet), Instagram (@biznethome), and TikTok (@biznethome).

6. Prizes given to winners every month consist of Apple iPad 11th Generation, the Apple Watch SE 2024, a Biznet Duffle Bag, and Biznet Running T-Shirt.

7. Prizes received by customers cannot be exchanged or converted into cash.

8. Prize specifications may vary depending on color, size, and other details availability.

9. Information regarding the number and raffle voucher codes can be viewed in the MyBiznet application.

10. If a customer terminates the service during the promotion period, previously earned vouchers will automatically be void.

11. Biznet has the right to disqualify customers if any fraud is found.

12. By making a transaction for Internet service in this program, customers are considered to understand and agree to all applicable terms and conditions.

13. Biznet or Biznet Home is not responsible for any fraud committed by third parties claiming to represent Biznet (PT Supra Primatama Nusantara) or Biznet Home (PT Biznet Multimedia) related to this promotion. Please note that this raffle program is completely free and does not require any payment in any form.

14. All decisions regarding the interpretation of these promotion terms and the implementation of this promotion are under Biznet/Biznet Home authority and cannot be disputed. Biznet/Biznet Home is free from any claims related to these matters.

B. Grand Prize

1. This promotion is valid for existing Biznet Metronet customers during the 2026 period.

2. This promotion applies to all Biznet Metronet packages.

3. Each Biznet Metronet customer who makes a service transaction within the current month will receive one (1) raffle voucher number for every multiple of Rp 500,000 spent.

4. The raffle will be held in June 2026 and December 2026.

5. If payment is canceled, the voucher will automatically be canceled.

6. Winners will be selected and announced live on Biznet’s official social media accounts, Youtube (Biznet), Instagram (@biznethome) dan TikTok (@biznethome)

Winner Verification Mechanism:

– Checking the official winner announcement email from Biznet received by the customer..

– Checking the original ID card (KTP) with the customer data in the Biznet system.

– Checking the voucher available in the customer’s MyBiznet application.

 

Prize Handover Mechanism:

– The prize will be sent to the nearest Biznet Branch to the customer’s/winner’s address.

– The customer/winner will be contacted by the Biznet team to come to the related branch.

– The customer must show the official winner announcement email, the original ID card (KTP), and the voucher available in the MyBiznet application.

– The customer is required to complete and sign two (2) copies of the Handover Report.

– If the prize is collected by a representative, the customer must provide an authorization letter.

– Photo documentation of the prize handover to the customer will be taken.

– The prize tax is borne by the winner.

– Photo documentation will be taken during the prize handover to the customer.

– The prize tax is borne by the winner.
