Biznet Home Customer Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct serves as Biznet’s standard for customers and business partners, aiming to foster respectful, safe, and professional relationships, and ensuring our services are delivered optimally.
Mutual Respect and Appreciation
- Customers are expected to treat Biznet employees or representatives with courtesy, in a non-offensive manner, and without violence or intimidation.
- Biznet does not tolerate any abusive or offensive words, verbal or physical harassment, or any kind of threats.
Honesty and Transparency
- Customers must provide honest and accurate information when using our services.
- Customers are prohibited from using any identity fraud, data manipulation, or misleading information.
Compliance with Terms of Service
- Customers are required to read and comply with Biznet’s applicable terms and conditions of service, including payment policies, refunds, and product/service usage.
- The misuse of Biznet services for illegal purposes or to harm others is strictly prohibited.
Privacy and Security
- Customers are not permitted to request or access the personal information of Biznet employees.
- Any form of unauthorized disclosure of information will be considered as a violation, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Interaction and Communication
- Customers are expected to maintain ethical standards when communicating through any communication medium, including email, chat, social media or online platforms, including not spreading hoaxes, hate speech or spam.
- Reviews of Biznet services on public platforms must be conducted honestly and responsibly, without discrediting any party.
Rights and Consequences
- Biznet reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the business agreement if:
- Repeatedly violating this code of ethics
- Threatening the safety of Biznet employees
- Using the service for purposes that harm others
- Serious violations may be reported to the authorities if necessary.
