TERMS & CONDITIONS:
| 1. | The Vidio Lite package and add-ons are available exclusively for Biznet Home customers. |
| 2. | A Biznet IPTV account must remain active each month in order to continue accessing the Vidio Lite service. |
| 3. | Biznet IPTV customers can upgrade their Vidio Lite package service to other Vidio packages according to the available packages. The package will be valid for 30 days. |
| 4. | Access and login to the Vidio service can only be done using an email address that is registered and integrated with a Biznet account. |
| 5. | Users are fully responsible for the use of their Vidio accounts. Biznet and Vidio are not responsible for any misuse, including if access is granted to third parties. |
| 6. | Vidio package purchases can only be made by Biznet Home customers through the MyBiznet app. |
| 7. | Vidio packages (Platinum, Platinum Extra, and Ultimate) are valid for 30 days from the activation date. |
| 8. | Automatic package renewal is currently unavailable. After the active period ends, customers can repurchase the Vidio package via the MyBiznet app. |
| 9. | The Vidio service can only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. |
| 10. | For IPTV customers, if the active period of the upgraded package expires and is not renewed, access to the Vidio service package will automatically revert to the Vidio Lite package. |
| 11. | Access to the Vidio package is limited to one device at a time, which can be used via smartphones, tablets, TVs, or web browsers based on Android and iOS. |
| 12. | The usage license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and may be revoked at any time. |
